The sixth edition of The Spirit of Poland exhibition will start on the 14th August as part of DW! São Paulo Design Weekend, presenting over a dozen of Polish design brands in Brazil. The products shown at the exhibition will show the Brazilian audience Polish material culture, its history and nowadays development.
This year we are delighted to be working together with MADE, which is the Brazilian design promotion forum, led by Waldick Jatobá. The aim of the exhibition is to showcase Polish contemporary material culture through a presentation of the diversity of Polish companies, in which development designers play an important role. In 2014 edition the context for products chosen for the exhibition will be the history of individual brands, presented in an attractive way, encouraging the viewer to learn more about the objects themselves as well as the process of their development. An additional element, emphasising the exhibition’s concept will be especially designed scent identification developed by Marta Siembab/Senselier & Maciej Kawecki/Brandburg.

As a result of collaboration with Culture.pl, in 2014 The Spirit of Poland will organise two exhibitions. The first one will be presented during DW! São Paulo Design Weekend. The second one – at the National Museum in Brasilia, in November.
